Welcome to The Chimney Post, Santa's newest mail delivery service! We're here to help Santa reply to all your children's Christmas letters, ensuring each child receives a magical, personalized experience. Your little one will be thrilled to receive a special packet from the North Pole, complete with a personal letter from Santa, an Official Certificate, their name on the Nice List, and a map of Santa's route to your home! Just fill out our simple intake form, and we'll customize their letter bundle, delivering it to you a week before Christmas!

What is the price?
The price of the service including the 4 personalized documents, shipping & a special surprise inside is a flat $20
How do I pay for my child's letter?
The intake form will have a place for the parent's email address, where an invoice will be sent. Payment will be required at that time to reserve your child's package.
When will I receive my child's letter?
I will be mailing out all submissions no later than 12/15/2024 so that your letter will arrive before Christmas!
How do I get letters for more than one child?
Please submit 1 form per child. Each transaction will need to be made separately.
How will my child's letter be personalized to them?
The intake form required to get to know your child will include questions such as: their best friends names, hobbies, gift they most want for Christmas, any pets or siblings etc. There will also be a place to add any other information you'd like Santa to mention!

I am a new small business and am the only elf creating my product! I will be capping my submissions at 100 letters so please get your submissions in asap!
